Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via DHL, our trusted delivery partner, to ensure fast and reliable service.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment at https://www.dhl.com.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship on the estimated release date specified on the product page. Please note:

If you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your pre-order is dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at beatrice.marilungo@marilb.com so we can assist you with filing a claim with DHL and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
